ECOLOGICAL HIGHLAND BEEF

Located in a small village of Skarboszewo, the Highland Conference Hotel is a place that offers high quality services such as organization of training, professional retreats and private gatherings. The name of the establishments reflects its main objective which is servicing conferences and includes accommodations plus a culinary offer that features dishes made out of Scottish highland beef. The meat comes from local, organic animal farming of the Highland Cattle with brown or black coat and long, massive horns. This type of cattle is raised for its meat value, which is appreciated by connoisseurs around the world.

Dishes prepared with the Highland beef are served by the hotel restaurant and besides attendees of professional events, regular clients can sample the food as well. However, early reservation is required due to special considerations and length of preparation. Meals are composed very carefully, without any artificial ingredients, preservatives or fillers and are cooked without the use of microwave ovens.

The signature dish is the Highland beef steak served over hot stones and accompanied by grilled vegetables. Worth mentioning is also carpaccio, tartar beef, beef Burgundy style, ossobucco and the Highland burger, also served in a smaller version for kids.

The culinary offer not only includes beef, but also vegan and vegetarian dishes of high quality. Every guest can also enjoy a well stocked bar serving, among other drinks, an excellent Scottish single malt whisky.
